Primary Administrator is the role that manage all things in the organization. The group owner is Primary Manager by default. The owner could transfer or add primary managers.

Step 1: Enter the Admin Console #
Click More – Management in DingTalk and go to the webpage or just use the website (oa.dingtalk.com) . Choose your organization and log in to the admin console.
Step 2: Set primary admin or sub-admin #
Click Security and Permissions – Permission Settings. Select members as primary administrators.
Click Security and Permissions – Permission Settings – Sub-admin. You could set what permissions sub-admins have.
