You could add labels or tags to emails to better organize and manage your emails.
Desktop #
Step 1: Add labels #
Go to the Mail page and Click + besides Labels to add a new one. Enter the name and click to save your label.
Step 2: Add a label for the email #
Hold on the email and click to add a label for the email. Select the label and click OK.
Step 3: Manage emails with the label #
Click
to edit the label or manage the emails with it.
Mobile #
Step 1: Open an email and tap More. #
Step 2: Add a tag or create a new tag for the email #
- Tap Tagged.
- Select an existed label or add new labels. If new tag is needed, tap Add tag. Enter the name and set the color to complete it.
- Tap OK to save your settings.
