All members of the group can see the group information and enable settings that only work for yourself. The group owner and group administrators adjust settings to manager all members in the group such as who can @All, who can edit the group name, direct messages between members, etc.

Desktop #

Members #

Click Message, enter the group, and then click Group Settings.

The group owner and admins #

Click Message – Group Settings – Group Management.

The group management part is only visible to the group owner and admins.

Mobile #

Tap Messages and enter the group chat. Tap More – Group Management. Here will be various settings.
