Homepage/Collaboration/Approval
If you submit an approval by mistake or some information in the approval changed. You could edit or recall it, and submit it again. Once you choose re-edit, the approval you submit will be recalled automatically.
Desktop #
Step 1: Go to the Approval page #
Click Work – Approval, and find your the approval under Initiated.
Step 2: Recall or edit the approval #
- Recall the approval
Click Withdraw here to recall the submitted form.
- Re-edit the approval and submit it again
Click Resubmit to edit the approval, once the information changed, you could re-submit it.
Mobile #
Step 1: Go to the Approval page #
Tap Workplace – Approval, and find your the approval under Initiated.
Step 2: Recall or edit the approval #
- Recall the approval
Tap More and Withdraw to recall the approval.
- Re-edit the approval and submit it again
Tap Modify or Tap More and Resubmit to re-edit the approval.
