Homepage/Collaboration/Approval
The administrators could delete specific submitted approvals if needed.
Step 1: Go to the Admin Console #
Click More – Management and you will enter the Admin Console webpage. Choose your organization and log in to the admin console.
Step 2: Go to the Approval page #
Click Approval under Common Applications.
Step 3: Find the approvals you would delete #
Click Export Data and there will be filters, such as the form name, approved time and submitted time, to find the approvals. Then, click Query to find all approvals filtered, and you could delete the approval.
