Homepage/Collaboration/Attendance
There are three attendance modes available.
- Fixed shift: Working hours are the same everyday, for those who have fixed working time.
- Flexible shift: It refers to flexible shift like 2 on 1 off. Those with flexible shifts can start and end their workdays at different times or work differing amounts of time on different days.
- Flexible working hours: For those who have flexible working time. Only clock-in/out are required. There is no fixed time for attendance.
And you could also set who should be included in the group and create various groups for your organization if your members have different working hours. We offer two ways for clocking in/out: WLAN and Location.
- WLAN: Members should clock in or out with the connection of specified WLAN.
- Location: Members should clock in or out in the location you set.
