Desktop #

1. Open the wiki and click Settings to go to the settings page.

2. Click Rights management – Members and Permissions. You could add members for this wiki and give them different permissions.

• Admin: All operations of the document,
• Write: Edit, copy, and download the document,
• Read: View and download the document but can't edit the content,
• View only: View the document but all other operations are not allowed.

Mobile #

1. Tap Docs – Wiki and open the wiki.
2. Tap and Settings to enter the settings page.

3. Add collaborators Tap Authority Management. You could add collaborators for the wiki and give them different permissions.
